The little girl and boy are beggars. I hadn't intended to take their picture. They just ran into it. The girl was doing walk-overs trying to get us to give her something. This is the part of India that hurts. The guidebooks say don't give them anything, but give to charities that help them get off the street. One of our drivers said that most Indians ignore the issue - the caste system still working.
