We recently (2006-01-21) had a light snowfall. Between it and the dropping temperature, which
causes interesting ice formations on the Bow River, the view from our dens is quite nice. Here are
a few pictures of the view. These were shot through our windows, which are never very clean.

A nice property of digital cameras is that one can take lots of pictures (almost) for
free. (One does have to sort through them still.) Here are the best few of a black-capped
chickadee and a
northern flicker.
This pictures have been heavily cropped. The medium and large sized image pixels are
one-to-one with the camera pixels. This images aren't printable, but do look nice on a
screen.

The extra descriptions this time is the shooting information. At least, interesting to me.
