Fryatt Creek to Geraldine Lakes 2003 - Flowers

Flowers (and the odd very low shrub) that I remember and can identify from our hike. There are others that I remember, but haven't identified. I have pictures of a few of those so may be able to identify them later. Not all are identified down to the species level.

I made a couple of identification errors on our hike - I gave the names Cloudberry and Milk vetch to Arctic raspberry and Yellow hedysarum respectively.

Katie, I found a few references to pronouncing botanical names. In particular, how to pronounce Hedysarum.

Organization:

The common (english) "generic" name is given first followed by specific modifiers.
I've added other names and comments in parentheses.
[] denotes an introduced species.

For those who like to count, there are 81 entries, some are for more than one species.
