The Magic of Rain and Sunlight

During Eric and Louise's visit, we hiked into Chester Lake with Megan. Autumn colours were already happening, but there were a few late bloomers for me to photograph and many seed heads. It was fun seeing the seed heads of plants that I had seen in bloom a month earlier. I could even identify a few from the plant shape.

We had threating weather, but it only turned into a light shower followed by some sun. The shower gave an extra sparkle to coloured leaves.

Each picture has further description of itself and the hike. The pictures are in the order I took them.

None of the pictures are large enough to make good 4x6 prints. If you want to print any of these, please send me the reference numbers (reference numbers at lower right of pictures or lower middle of toenails) of the pictures and I can send you (or put on the web) big enough ones for printing.
